The 1900 census shows Peter and Margaret in Braddock. He was born Oct 1840 and she Sept 1842. The 1910 census shows Peter as a widower. The 1920 census has Peter and his son William and daughter Sarah still living with him but this time in Atlanta, GA. The 1890 veteran census shows he served in Company A, 158 PA Volunteer Infantry. Despite a discharge for disability I could find him in the CW pension index. I could not find him with any certainty in the 1860 or 1850 censuses.
Unfortunately Peter South Todd's Georgia death certificate does not list his parents' names. He was born Oct 3, 1839, died April 6, 1921 and is buried in Wilkinsburg: http://content.sos.state.ga.us/cdm4/gadeaths.phphttp://content.sos.state.ga.us/cdm4/gadeaths.php
I suggest trying to get his obituary which probably appeared in the Atlanta and Pittsburgh newspapers. Braddock may have had a newspaper of its own at the time. They probably won't tell his parents' names but might have exactly where he was born and any surviving siblings.
Margaret is probably buried with Peter. If she died before 1906 her death may have been recorded at the Allegheny county Register of Wills Office, but it may only give you exactly where she was born and is buried. If she died after 1905 her death certificate would be with the PA Dept of Health. Her obit may at least list surviving siblings.
The 1850 census shows a Margaret Wiley as the daughter of Samson and Sarah living in Elizabeth, Allegheny County, PA. The same family was living in Sewickley, Westmoreland County in 1860. Here is someone with a little data on Samson and Sarah: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=altamarinegibson&id=I17557http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=altamarinegibson&id=I17557
Check with the Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania, Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society and possibly the Braddock Carnegie Library to see if they can help you with obits and burial places.
