Dear John,

My name is Barry Todar. My grandfather Jack Todar (Gioacchinno Todaro) and his brother Charles Todar (Cologero Todaro) came to America in 1902 from Alia Sicily. They eventually settled in Waco, TX around 1910 or so. I am almost certain that they had at least one brother that lived in the New York area. I think that they had siblings named Salvatore, Giavanni, Tommassino, Petrina. and Marrietta. My grandfather married Marrietta Cimo and his brother Cologero married Graciella Cimo. Petrina married Tomassino Rovello all from Alia as far as I know. My great grandfather Cologero Todaro was the postmaster and veternarian for Alia. I do not know if we are kin but would like to exchange information.

Regards

Barry Todar
