Children of William MCMINN & Sarah "Sadie" TOBIN
I have validated four children born to William John "Guliemus"(sp?) MCMINN and Sarah Elizabeth "Sadie" TOBIN.
I am related to Sarah TOBIN through her mother, Marguerite June (nee MCCOSHEN) TOBIN (wife of Richard TOBIN, b. NY c. 1862). Marguerite is my great aunt, sister to my great grandmother, Jane (nee MCCOSHEN) PEPIN/PAPIN.
Marguerite and Jane were born at Litchfield, Pontiac, QC; baptized at St-Anne's RC, Grand Calumet Islands, PQ, 1855 & 1844, respectively. They moved to Cheboygan, Michigan/USA c. 1879. Jane stayed in Michigan and Marguerite went back and forth from Bay City & Cheboygan, Michigan to Ontario with her husband and his work.
All three children of William and Sarah were born at Little Current, Manitoulin, Ontario.
1. Margaret Natalie, b. June 13, 1907
2. William E. "Guliemus", b. Sept. 4, 1908
3. Richard Asqueth, b. Apr. 22, 1912
4. Edward Gray, b. Aug. 4, 1916
I'm still searching for more children and the marriages and/or deaths.
