STATE OF VERMONT ROSTER OF SOLDIERS IN THE WAR OF 1812-14, prepared and published under the direction of Herbert T. Johnson, The Adjutant General, 1933, page 425?

from page 6 of source above <excerpt>
"and by 1814 the entire male population of Vermont–aged from sixteen to sixty–volunteered for service on the occasion of the invasion of Plattsburg," <excerpt>

He was not my VT ancestor.
