I can't speak for any SURVIVING Tobeys, but I can tell you that my maternal grandmother Martha Mae Smith (nee Tobey),her brother Cyrus Tobey...the whole family, in fact...came to Washington state (Bucoda) from New Brunswick in the early 1900's. My mother still lives in Olympia. My mother still has contact with the BOONE family in NB, who are also relatives. Feel free to contact me if you need more info, and I'll try to scare it up.
