Not related but did some lookups for you.

As you stated in your query -
The 1860 Census of Wilson Co. shows the household headed by Polly A. KEMP, 39, with daughters Jancine 14, JULIA 12, and son Harvey 10.

Polly had real estate valued at $1,000 and personal property/SLAVES valued at $2,050. Note - Julia is listed on the 1860 Slave Schedule as owning one female slave age 30.

The 1850 Census of Macon Co. TN shows the following household:

KEMP, Henry 33, farmer, TN, $350; wife POLLY A. 32, TN; daughters Lucretia 4 and JULIA 2; sons Jinks Cy 3 and HARVEY 6 months. Also in household are: Harried May Kemp 14, Sampson D. Kemp 12, and William Kemp 19.

Henry Kemp is not on the 1860 Census.
