Thomas or William Hooker, early 1800s

My ancestors Thomas and William Hooker were b. in NC in the late 1700s and were in Wilson or Smith Co., TN by the early 1800s, moving on to Franklin Co., AL by 1830. Thomas later had a wife Martha - Thoma's children and Some of Wm's were born in TN before 1830.. These two Hooker brothers had other brothers/1st cousins who went from NC into Kentucky by the early 1800s (also born in NC inthe late 1700s).

The names of the Kentucky Hookers were George, Robert, Samuel - those names continued to be used in this family as well as the names James and Franklin (after the AL county). Some of these later went in MS and TX.

Anyone who has any suggestions or hlp please reply.

A. Celeste Holly
