I am betting that your suspicions are right about her father being Presley George. Phillip and Rebecca had a son named Presley George Smart. He and his wife Selina had a son named William H.

William is the one I would dearly love to find information on. I think it is very possible that he could be my great grandfather.

If you should come across anything please let me know...thanks for responding...
