Feb 21 ???? The Nashville Tennessean CLAYBROOK HOME BURNS AT TRIUNE Franklin, Tenn., Feb 21 -- The old Claybrook home at Triune, reputed to be a century old, which has been owned and occupied by H.R. Adams, planter, since 1918, was destroyed by fire that started in a servant's room in the rear of the house tonight. The blaze was discovered by Clifton McCanliss, brother-in-law of Admas, who saw it a mile away on the Nolensville pike, and drove hurriedly to the scene. Furnishings were saved after the family received the alarm. An old negro, living in the room in which the blaze started, was rescued. About $2,000 insurance was carried on the building.
