In search of two ladies, my great grandmother and my great great grandmother. Both these unknown ladies were married to Hawkins men. Jackson Hawkins was born in 1852 and his son,John Henry Hawkins was born in 1880. Jackson's father was in Stewart Co. and Trigg Co. about the time of Jackson's birth.Indian ancestry is said to play a part in my heritage thru one or both of these men. I found Jackson with wife and 3 children in the 1880 Franlin, Williamson Co. TN. Census. Jackson lost his wife and 3 children due to TB in the early 1880's, then he moved to Graves Co. KY, with his only 2 children, John Henry Hawkins and Eve Hawkins which school census said their mother was born in TN.

Any help appreciated,
Jean
