You might try the Rockvale area, the only Jarretts I knew around there were black, but it's fairly near Triune.

I think there's a map showing the places of residence of property owners, circa 1870, that covers that area -- email me if you want me to try to look it up. May have a xerox of it somewhere. TN State Library or the Library of Congress (Map Div.) would have it.
