There was a Sarah GORDON b 1815 Williamson Co, TN who m Henley/Honley LANGSTON in Itawamba Co, MS in 1838. The family later moved to Cherokee Co, TX. I believe that Sarah may have been a sister to my GORDON line -- James A. GORDON b ca 1825 AL d TX. Their parents were possibly a Charles GORDON b ca 1780 VA & Mary __?___ b ca 1784 VA or TN d bet. 1860 - 1970 Cherokee Co, TX.
Would like to correspond with anyone having information on GORDON'S of this area.
