Kristi, What Mississippi Scruggs are you related to? I am researcing a Stephen Scruggs b. about 1819 or 1824 who resided at his death in Tate County, Ms right below Shelby county TN...I've seen your bunch and will have to figure out where...how much do you have on your John B. Scruggs..?
