I'm looking for Tennessee origins of Haley family that moved to Illinois in 1807--Elizabeth Haley and her five sons (John, James, Edward, William, Benjamin H.) who settled in Fayette Co., Illinois. She was probably a widow, but her husband's first name is not known. Seems to be a connection with South Carolina and Virginia Haleys, but haven't yet found the definitive link through Elizabeth's husband. Any leads?
