Reserching Ples C. BLANKENSHIP family shown on the 1900 TN, Weakley Co., 12-Dist. census.
In his houshold is Amanda RIGGS and her daughter, Emma. Amanda was my gr grandmother.
On the 1910 Weakley census Dist. 20, Dist. 158 Emma is shown with her husband James H. PARKER, and their daughter, Lillian.
If anyone connects with or has further information on these people I would greatly appreciate exchanging information.
