Hello James, it does not look like anyone has responded to you. These counties were established before 1790, so probably the best places to start are the court houses in the county seats. Greene-Greeneville, Hawkins-Rogersville, Washington-Jonesboro, Sullivan-Blountville(assuming, as I have not been there). The library in each place is another resource. If you are researching in Washington county, thet Archive of Appalachia has a tremendous amount of information as they have all the old court documents from Washington Co. and a lot of miscellaneous documents. I have found cemetery maps, mail maps, store ledgers, diaries, etc. Happy hunting!
