NEED War of 1812 pensioners/Stephen Marler

Does someone have access to the Pensioners of the War of 1812? I have read, Stephen Marler applied for his pension, ca 1883, maybe in Warren Co. He was listed there with a son, Gilliam Marler, in the 1880 census. Would appreciate help finding this documentation. Or, if there is someplace I can find it on line, I could look myself, just don't know where to look.
