I have a copy of the original Tennessee Death Certificate for the following person:

Name: R.L. Taylor (Robert Louis)
Age at Death: 81
Race: White
Date of Birth: October 4, 1844 in North Carolina
Date of Death: November 4, 1925 in Erwin, Unicoi County, TN.
Parents Names: Wesley Taylor and Sallie Phillips
