Found them on the 1920 Census in Unicoi Co.
4th civil District Dwelling 62
Byrd, Jake B. 35 wife, Ollie 32, Children Lorretia 12, Woodward 7, Perry S. 6, Alvin H. 4, and Kenneth 0/12
(this from a reference book I have, I'll look on the micro-fiche to see if it has any more info).
at dwelling 61 is: Robert 53 and Dovie 49
at dwelling 60 is: Arthur 28, Mollie 23, Trulla 7, Zora 5, and Ray 3.
(I thought these might be important in tracing Jacob)
At Ancestry.com found a record for a Jacob B Byrd, residence Unicoi Co. Source: Military-World War I Draft registration cards for 1917-1918. (you have to buy them to get anymore info)
