Marriage records late 1870's

Does anyone have access to the Unicoi County marriage records for around 1878. My husbands grandfather and grandmother were reported to have been married in Unicoi County. He was Jasper N Barnes (Barns, Baron) and she was Lueasy Boone (Boon). Their first child was 1 year old in the 1880 Madison Co. census so I thought they might have been married in the late 1870's. I have been told that one of Jasper's family got a copy of the marriage certificate so I am hoping that it does exist and they had the right Barnes. Any help would be appreciated.
