I am looking for info about A.B. Arrington who was a Sullivan Co TN commissioner during the 1986 year. Particularly if he was also a minister, preacher or licensed as one. He married me and my husband and at that time we were told he was also a minister. Now I am wanting to be confirmed to my church and the church requires in order to be able to participate in communion that we were wed in church or by a minister. For religious reasons some do not recongnize ceremonies done by Justus of the Peace, Boat Captains, County Comm., etc.,. But do if they are licensed ministers, priest or other. So if anyone thinks they may remember if he was I would deeply appreciate the info. Thank You
