Obie was not a nickname. It is his middle name. William Obe Frizzell was born Oct 18, 1870 in Tracy City, TN to Austin and Sarah Frizzell. He married Mary Elizabeth (Lizzie) Lane abt 1895 in Marion County TN. He died May 16, 1932 in Marion County TN. His son Walter Henderson Frizzell is my Great Grandfather on my stepmoms side of the family. I am stuck on researching his father Austin but have some links to info. on his mother Sarah's side of the family. I believe he is buried in Red Hill Cemetery next to Walter but I would have to check into that. I took pictures and need to look again.
