John O. Massingale Marriage (Jan. 29, 1863)

A book of transcribed Scott Co., TN marriage records shows that John O. Massingale was married on January 29, 1863. The license had been issued the same day. James Cecil, JP officiated. But the bride's name is not provided. I think I know who the bride was but would obviously like confirmation. The way it reads, "John O. Massingale and (blank)", leads me to believe her name was omitted on the original as well. Does anyone have access to either another transcription or the original to see if her name appears? If it was omitted from the original, how could this have happened?
