Thanks, that may tell me what I need to know. Unfortunately, that probably means she is not who I am looking for. She was just a wee bit young to be that person. But, since census records are sometimes off a bit, I figured it was worth a shot. I cannot find a certain female Cecil in the 1880 census. She would have been 2 - 3 years old then. I think she is connected in some way to this line of Cecils, so I thought I'd check it out....
