Hello Cousin...and that we are or at least going to be. Unfortunately we are not related to Stephen Hopkins...by the way there were five Stephen Hopkins at the time the Mayflower came over...a long story!!!!! Samuel Lewis Hopkins was the son of John Hopkins (whose father came to this country in the early 1700's from Wales and landed in Orange County North Carolina). John was born in Tennessee and married a woman named Margaret Fox. They travel all over and later died in Dallas Texas in 1849.

My father was Irvin Hopkins the son of George Washington Hopkins whose father was Wilburn Harris Hopkins. I live in Michigan and you still have tons of cousins in TN. Email me on my private account elainejd50@hotmail.com
