I checked a book called Revolutionary Patriots buried in Tennessee, and he was not listed in there. I did find a mention in another book, about Early Pioneers of Tennessee, that listed him as having made the will in 1813, but nothing at all about a burial place. I also find some mentions where he may have died in Franklin Co, TN.
I know how frustrating it is to not be able to find the burial places. I can tell you also, that we have, in this area, many many stone cairns that many of the early settlers are buried under and there is no record at all of who they are. It drives me crazy with wondering who they may be.
If there is anything else I can look up, hopefully I can help.
