Hello, I hestiate to post anything with any please do consider this to be a hunch..MY hunch...But the Waller/Walling/Wallen family line married into the Wilburn least one time and possiblly more...In trying to trace Wilburns I followed the Wallings and discovered through Walling researchers that this family came over on the Mayflower and later migrated to MD and then from there to Granville, NC and from there to eastern TN.
Now since your Wallers had to be somewhere before 1830, you might consider looking in eastern TN...I have seen the name Benjamin Waller somewhere in that area.
