Looking for information about the ancestors of William P. Lane, b. July 1849, Roane Co., TN. Based on an 1850 Roane Co. census entry William may be the son of Joseph Lane (wife Rebecca) born about 1818 in TN. Other listed children of Joseph/Rebecca were Levi, Nancy, James P., Tempa, and Ezekial. William P. was married in 1869 in MO to Catherine Orlean Hayworth. He lived in Princeton, Mercer Co., MO. He probably died between 1900-1910.
