Short Cemetery
From Kingston, travel south on Highway 58 for about 3.5 miles and turn rt. onto River Road. Travel on River Rd. for about 2.9 miles and turn left onto Woody Lane. The cemetery is located on the old Short Farm, now the Robert Hale Farm, "Hale's Forge." The cemetery is fenced in, but appears to be generally unattended.
Alice Short born:Aug.19,1908 died:Blank W/o Ralph
E. B. Short born:blank died:blank Co.B,E. Tn.Inf.
Maude Short born:Nov.15,1882 died:Aug.30,1907
Ralph Short born:blank died:Dec.27,1928 age34y.
Sarah Short born:blank died:Dec.16,1913 age63y.
This is the only "Short Cem." that I can find. Hope this will help. Maybe if you can give me the specific Name, I can look in the other cemeteries..Betty Edwards, Pace
