There 's a Cynthia Bradshaw in neighboring Anderson co TN.
in 1870 she is listed as the wife of John Bradshaw she is age 60 and he is 64. She must have died before the 1880 census because she isn't listed with the family.
She does have a Grandaughter in 1880 and this probable isn't the Cynthia your looking for as she was born in 1875, she's 5 years old in the 1880 census as listed below.

Daniel BRADSHAW Son M Male W 27
Lodema BRADSHAW DauL M Female W 26 TN
Mary E. BRADSHAW GDau S Female W 8 TN
Cyntha A. BRADSHAW GDau S Female W 5 TN

There is also John Bradshaw family in Roane county 1880 with daughters Louisa S Bradshaw and Mary Jane Bradshaw.
