I think this Elijah Langley is likely to be the son of Jeremiah Langley and Elizabeth Wilson.
According the Family Bible of Jeremiah Langley, Elijah was born 8 Oct. 1796 (probably in Kentucky)--and there is a notation in the Bible that he was married Jan. 1827. The place and the name of the bride is not given.

Elijah Langley's older brother, James Langley b. 14 Jan. 1794 in Va. or Ky. and married to Martha Harvey 25 Mar 1819 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky--is believed to have died in Perry County, Tennessee about 1840.
