BRANSTETTERS AND DURHAMS

Hi, all. I'm looking for information on "Old Eli" S. Branstetter, b. Aug. 2 1813 (supposedly in Greenville, TN), d. Nov. 11 1889 in Morgan Co. Specifically, I'm trying to determine who Eli's parents were. They are said to be Henry Branstetter and Martha (last name unknown), who would have lived in Sullivan Co. TN in the early 1800's. I've seen a few Branstetter trees that show Eli being born in Greenville, but am hoping someone can give me a reference point for that...

Also, I am trying to determine who Eli's children were, and birth dates. His first wife was Sarah Matilda Hair (have also seen her called "Melissa" and "Patsy" - 1850 census data shows her as Matilda). His second wife was Susan (or Susannah) Melton. They had two children, Mary and Richard Riley (who spelled his last name Bronstutter). Any info on these early Morgan Co. Branstetters will be greatly appreciated!

As for the Durhams, I'm trying to find out where John Durham, b. July 4 1863, d. Sept. 3 1919 - and his mother Mary came from. John Durham married Permelia Neal in Morgan Co. in the 1890's.

I have quite a bit of info on the Branstetter, Durham, and Neal families of Morgan Co. if anyone is interested or would like to compare notes.
