I got this information from a Barnett family member that I share the Barnett connection to my Cantrell family through a Martha Patsy Cantwell. Notice the different spelling of last names. Marthas's mom was a Barnett that leads me back to Pochantas. This Barnett family are the ones that told me about the book that is sold today in Jamestown Virginia, that is titled,"What Ever Happened To Virginia Dare" In this book it tells the story of Virginia Dare. Or did the reasoning of why Powhatten, a powerfull and able leader of a powerfull nation, that would have no problem at the time, to destroy the Colonies, did not do so because his adopted daughter was being held captive. Just think about it for a while. What would you have done if you were Powhatten. Set on your ass and do nothing? I don't think so.
