1910-1920 Marriage and 1920-1952 Newspaper records

Can anyone tell me where to find the 1910-1920 Marriage records and 1920-1952 Newspaper records for Monroe County?

My great-grandmother, Ellen Caroline Butler Gourley, is listed in the 1920 Census in Monroe County with a Henry Penklis (Ancestry.com's index). I was told her second husband was a man with the last name of Franklin. Caroline's first husband, Bob Gourley, died in 1909 and she is widowed in the 1910 Census.

I am also wanting to find information on three men who were said to have been murdered in Monroe County. They are Grover Bivens(1926), Freshour "Dudney" Bivens(around 1932) and a brother-in-law to Carra Bivens(unknown date). I would appreciate any help on where to locate this inforamtion or any information someone may know on these people.
