Smith's Old Mill

I am looking for the location of Smith's Old mill destroyed during the civil war (i think in Wayne County). I would like to know what family owned it as i have Smith family in Wayne county. In 1864 eight Unionist men were hung there by Confederate partisans in reprisal for a Unionist raid on Confederate families.
