He was an American born in a German hospital to an Army daughter on 4 July 1976. He was adopted by an American Military Family with an open adoption who was last know to have gotten out of the military and moved back home to somewhere in tn. They gave him the name.

If you can give me phone numbers or address's of those 4 in Tn. I would call them. I used to be able to get phone numbers off internet but now they all want you to pay. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Tell me the free online search engines, when i do it they want money, maybe i do not know the one you use. I am trying to help a friend locate her son. Thanks
