Irrevalent Information on Thomas Smith Family

Thank you for your information but I already provided all of that in my posting. What I do not have is information that Thomas Roach was collecting to prepare "A Smith Family Gleaning" book as he did on the Whitlocks. That is what I was requesting information on to add to some pieces in what I already have collected. At least you gave me an answer while the East Tennessee Historical Society was not even responsive.

Thomas Roach was killed in 1985 and we were looking for the papers he had and trying to see if they were donated to the McClung Library or Grainger Co collections. We had corresponded with him on his work and he had told us there was great information he would publish.
