I am searching for the parents of Ira James Thomas b. 1852 in TN d. 1894 TN married 19 Dec 1883 to Elizabeth Josephine Whitson b. after 1850 (not in census) d. abt 1890 TN. Elizabeth was the child of Leonard Whitson and Elizabeth Tipton. I would like to know every thing I can about IJ Thomas. I found him in the 1880 census in Lake County, TN. I am also looking for more information on Elizabeth. Thanks.
