Hi Iris, will be glad to share the address with ya. I found the seeds at - www.localharvest.org this will take you to the website, then type in creasy greens in the search on the webpage. They say they are also called "upland cress" I have never tried cooking water cress, but I have had what we call 'Wilted salad" where you poar the hot bacon grease over the raw lettece or green.creasey greens taste a lot like a mess of cooked turnip greens only they are a little stronger tasting. But another site i found said that there are male and female plants with the female tasting somwhat milder. I guess the male leaves are a darker green then the female. We used to eat a lot of greens cooked this way with some good slices of bacon cooked right in with them . Boy a good bowel of white northern beans and a skilet of cornbread and you had a meal. You can type in creasy greens into you google search and it brings up all kinds of websites. hope you enjoy
