I am trying to identify the parents of DAVID DUNN b. 1786 in NC married to SUSANA.

DAVID was in Houston County, Ga. in 1830 and moved to Marion County, Ga. where he died in the 1850's.

I found a Family Group Record at which lists a DAVID DUNN b. 1785 in NC, son of JAMES DUNN b. 1765 in Va. JAMES'father is WILLIAM DUNN B. 1726 in Essex County, Va.

The other children of JAMES DUNN are JOHN b. 1785, WILLIAM b. 1786, RHODA b. 1790, and JANE b. 1793 in Rhea County, TN. (The other children were born in NC.

I also have a message showing RHODA married a JAMES SMITH.

Also have another message that says DAMIEL DUNN, SR. married RHODA DUNN (same last name, said to be dau. of a WILLIAM DUNN) on January 30, 1781 in Albemarle Co., Va. DAMIEL SR. died March 25, 1822 in Greene County, TN. RHODA DUNN was born Sep 22, 1759 in Albermarle County, VA and died August 25, 1821 in Greene County, TN.

I have another message that says RHODA DUNN b. 1790 in Green Co., TN, daughter of JAMES DUNN b. 1765 married ALLEN MURPHREE b. 1788 in Pendleton District, S. C. Married in Rhea C., Tn. 22 Jan 1812.

I have another message re JAMES DUNN listing same children above plus the additional children of JAMES N. b. 1798, MARGARET PEGGY b. 1799, WINTON b. 1805, and JAMES H. b. 1819 in AL. (The Family Group Record says JAMES DUNN died 1810)

Can you make any sense of this?
