Hariet - 20 - keeps house - TN
Rufus - 12 - works on farm - TN
Isaac - 11 - works on farm - TN
Van Buren - 10 - works on farm - TN
Mary - 2 - TN
(VanBuren absolutely read 10 years of age. MAYBE his brother had died and he named a son after him.)

The 1860 one I read as being:
J. (not I.) Shoecraft - 33 years old (It absolutely reads 33, should probably read about 26)
Mrs. M. Shoecraft is 26
Josephin is a female 17
