Seeking information on parents and sibs of:
James M. CASTEEL b.Feb 1812TN;
married Susannah UNDERWOOD(b.May 1816 TN)in Knox Co.TN Aug 1833.
Resided in Blount Co. in 1840 census and in the 1850 census were
living with the STOVER family in Hamilton Co.. Suspected parents
of James M. Casteel are Abednego Casteel and Agnes Hensley - but
no link can be made (either to proof or eliminate).
2nd couple: Jeremiah BACON (b. mar1824 TN)
Married Susan S. KING (b.Mar 1822 TN)in Dec.1844 Washington Co.TN
Both couples had several children in TN then later resided in
Macoupin Co. IL where they are buried.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
