looking for Rucker Plantation near Murfreesboro

Oral family history document says Jane (mulato, living and acting as wife) was sold when Rucker married. I am looking for anything having to do with Rucker family in the area holding land called a plantation. Jane was sold to a man named Tate while her three children, Ruben, Charles and Tipton stated at the Rucker location. Tate lived in southern Alabama near Selma.
Trying to identify Rucker and his lands in Rutherford County. Rucker is the surname . Have any ideas on this man and his property send info or pointers
