Hi, I am wondering if you know if there is a New York State connection to this family. I am researching my g-g-grandfather who married a woman who had Huntington's Disease. I don't know what her name is, but I do know that he married her and had two children in Genesee Co, New York in the early 1870s.

She was diagnosed with Huntington's which is supposed to be a "male only" disease. She passed it to her son, and he passed it to three children - including a daughter. We think it has finally stopped recurring in his descendants.

Would you be interested in joining a mailing list for folks who are researching ancestors with Huntington's Disease?
