Tennessee Land Grant in McNairy County

My ancestor, Hetty Morris, was listed in the 1850 census of McNairy County and when I searched the book, "Tennessee Land Grants" by Sistler, it listed her as receiving a grant for 177 acres. I would like to locate exactly where this land was at and find out what happened to it later. I don't understand much about grants so I wondered if anyone could help with this. Hetty Morris was an Indian and we think that she may have been Cherokee.

The grant is listed in the above book as follows:
Hetty Morris, Mn, 1853, 177a, W dist, bk 18, p.677, grant no. 14381.
