Margaret,
We are cousins. there is a law in Tennessee about the destruction of cemeterys and a mandate that access to cemeteries must be grandfathered. Given this, some cemeteries are lost and we must thank Maury County researchers for preserving some data. I descend from Mary Frances Rust and Robert Dial. My mother and another cousin placed a marker at what is now Scribner's Mill Church of Christ for Robert Dial so that future generations will know where he was buried.
