I'm looking for McPherson connections to my gg-grandmother, Elender Mcpherson Matlock. While I am pretty well satisfied on the Matlocks, I have nothing on Elender Mcpherson's family.
This is what I have:
Jesse Matlock (gg-grandfather) was born 4 Mar. 1796 in TN to William Matlock Sr. and Sarah 'Sally'_______(Unknown). Jesse Matlock died 6 July 1877 Matlock Bend, Loudon, Co., TN. He married Elender M. McPherson on 5 April 1821 in Roane Co., TN. Elender was born 27 Feb. 1802 in TN and died 21 Dec. 1882 in Loudon Co., TN. They are buried side-by-side in Matlock Cemetery (on Matlock Bend Rd.), Loudon Co., TN.
