Hello again.
I'm not a member of the family but have some information, part of it given me by a family member, actually from Louisa (Willis) Wood's family, I believe. Maybe some of this can provide a start for finding more.
The contributor said that Bell's name was Berti Bell, and her husband's name was Walter Rafe Cobb. Bell was born no later than late 1864, and her mother Elizabeth probably died when she was born or shortly after. Bell's father married Louisa Woods, widow of Granderson Woods 28 Dec 1864. The Rip Woods listed as living with Lafayette and Irene in the 1900 census was Lafayette's and Bell's step brother.
