Thanks for looking Larry. I am going to investigate this still though. It is odd that someone in that early time period of our country, from the same county and the same sir name to not be related. I found that the "Woodford" name was one of early Caroline County's revered heros and many people were named after him: General William Woodford b. 10/6/1734 - 11/13/1780. If you come up with any clues I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
