Church burial records 1812 lookup needed.

My 7 times great grandfather Wm. Bishop Lamar in 1812 was on his way home to MD from his son's in TN and crossed thru the Cumberland Gap. He fell ill and in Rogersville wrote a will that is probated in the court house.
My research has not found his burial site, but the best hope is that some old church record will list his name as having been buried there. In his will he provides that his body be given a decent burial. There are three names on the bottom of the will, one of whom may have been the lawyer. A church that one of these men was a member of could be the burial place. If anybody can access these records, please contact me. The names of the will witnesses are:
Daniel Dech
George Morrison
Joseph Mc M(???)
Thanks in advance, Tom Lamar Coughlin
